Landrik

Censor Landrik is a Censorate officer serving in Duke Lenguin's court, present when Minalan confronts the Duke with the news of the Bans' suspension in Castal. He is placed in an impossible position — two Censors against nine warmagi, in a room where Minalan has just forced the Duke to acknowledge the new political reality. When Minalan addresses him directly about the Bans, Landrik simply shrugs rather than argue the point, a pragmatic acknowledgement that the Censorate's authority in this situation is moot. He later appears in Minalan's force at the Battle of the Escarpment, having apparently crossed over to the Order's side.

Landrik, Lord of Honeyhall, continues his loyal service as a minor mage-lord in Minalan's growing network of vassals. In Arcanist, he participates in the Magelaw campaigns and proves his reliability as a subordinate commander. Though not among the most powerful or prominent of Minalan's allies, his steady loyalty and willingness to act represent the backbone of the Magelaw's feudal structure.
