Rellin Pratt

Rellin Pratt is a nephew or relation of Orril Pratt, the Mad Mage of Farise. Born in Castal among the Sea Knights of Gyre, he became a pirate and corsair, eventually rising to captain of the Brotherhood of the Rat fleet. He possesses a witchstone and harbors ambitions to become Doge of Farise. Minalan confronts him and forces him to withdraw his candidacy. Despite his criminal background, he is a capable and cunning operator.
