A rare Dradrien alloy that shatters enneagrams — the metal of Forge's Fury and the Magelaw's only reliable Nemovort-killing weapons.
Ainakurkas is a rare Dradrien alloy with a very specific magical property: a blade forged from it shatters the enneagram of any Nemovort it kills, preventing the enneagram from returning to Olum Seheri to reconstitute. It is the one material in the Magelaw's arsenal that can kill a Nemovort permanently.
Master Suhi of the Dradrien, rescued from Olum Seheri in Necromancer and installed at Forgemont, is the only smith in the world who still knows how to forge it. Master Cormoran carries the first human-era ainakurkas weapon, Forge's Fury, and introduces it dramatically in Arcanist:

Ainakurkas is extraordinarily expensive to produce and reserved for the Magelaw's most senior warmagi.
