A fixed stone arch at Sevendor that pairs with the portable Magolith to anchor the Way-network's longest jumps.
The Magolith Arch is the immovable companion to the portable Magolith: a free-standing dolmen of dressed Sevendor snowstone, raised in the Bouleuterion courtyard and bound to the master shard at its centre. Where the Magolith proper travels with Master Minalan, the Arch stands fixed, and it is the Arch that anchors the long-haul jumps in the Waystone network.
The Arch handles the hop-distances no individual Waystone can bridge alone — Sevendor to Vanador, Vanador to Castabriel — by lending its standing field to whatever Way is opened on either end. Without the Arch the Way-network would be a regional trick; with it, the Magelaw and the Riverlands are next door.
