Baculus

The baculus is Minalan's personal staff — a carved shaft with the green Magolith orb seated at its head. The Magolith itself contains the Handmaiden enneagram, and through a sympathy stone is permanently linked to the Snowflake at Sevendor. In Minalan's hands it functions as a combination weapon, spell-focus, scrying lens, and advisor. The orb detaches and floats; it communicates on its own; it strikes on its own when threatened. In Arcanist Minalan describes its quiet presence during a moment of divine interference:
